Q. How do I access my email and other apps through the web?
A. You can access your applications and systems at the Okta dashboard - interwellhealth.okta.com
Q. How do I submit a ticket for troubleshooting an IT issue?
A. On your Okta dashboard you can locate the tile labeled “IWH Service Desk”
Alternatively, you can email helpdesk@interwellhealth.com from any email to create ticket.
Q. When is the first onboarding for going over computer equipment?
A. The first onboarding is usually at 9:30AM EST on your start date. The meeting covers how to access Slack, Zoom, and other IT programs. Also we answer any questions you have and for sure assist with any IT related issues. If your time zone impacts your availability, we can accommodate other times the week prior as well.
