There are lots of different choices when it comes to equipment for your device. Generally we are open to order specific equipment that is requested, an example of this would be if you would like an ergonomic keyboard over a regular one. We also offer two different selections of monitors, we can either order two 1080p monitors (with a docking station) or we can order a 4k monitor. 4k monitors come in roughly 3 different sizes, these being 25, 27/28, and 32 inch displays.
*For new hires starting in the clinical department, you will by default be given the two 1080p monitors.

(optional reading about monitors) For reference when it comes to the monitor selection, 1080p 24inch monitors have a resolution of 1920 by (x) 1080. This mean when multiplied they have 2,073,600 pixels. 4k displays have a resolution of 3840 x 2160. This mean when multiplied they have 8,294,400 pixels. This means that the image will be much more clear, but also things will be smaller. So for the 4k displays, the 25inch display would be super crisp and clear, but everything would be rather small. While the 32inch option things would look a bit less clear but would be much more easy to read and larger. The 27/28 inch option would be the happy medium.
Math equation for this: number of pixels length x number of pixels height = total pixels. Total pixels ÷ monitor inches = Pixel per inch (PPI). The larger the number of PPI the more clear the image is.
