Q: I have a scheduled vacation/time off during my first week. What should I do?
A: We understand plans were made well before you joined the company. We ask that you notify your manager and someone from the People Team and together we will work on a plan of action that will allow you to have the best onboarding experience possible.
Q: When can I select my benefits? When does coverage kick in? How long do I have to sign up?
A: All information pertaining to benefits will be reviewed during the Benefits & Payroll session on Day 1.
Q: When is pay day? What does the calendar look like?

Q: Where can I find onboarding meeting links?
A: All meeting invites and links are sent to your IWH Outlook account. Once you log in to your account, you will see all invites on your calendar.
Q: I’m having trouble filling out the Onboarding Packet in Paylocity. Can someone help?
A: If you run into any issues with Paylocity, please reach out to Brea Thomas at Brea.Thomas@interwellhealth.com for immediate assistance.
Q: I am unable to login to Paylocity. What should I do?
A: Paylocity accounts are able to be logged into once the welcome packet is completed. After completion Paylocity can be logged into by going to interwellhealth.okta.com and signing in, followed by selecting the Payklocity tile. For general Paylocity questions, please feel free to reach out to Brea (brea.thomas@interwellhealth.com).
Q: Help, I can’t fill out my tax information on my phone in Paylocity.
A: Due to security features in the Paylocity system, you will need to fill out the tax forms on a desktop computer.
Q: Do I really need to input my SSN in the I9 form?
A: Yes, this is a requirement. We cannot verify your information without it.
Q: I had IT issues and missed my Meet & Greet with my manager. Can this be rescheduled?
A: Absolutely! Reach out to Brea Thomas and she will get the meeting rescheduled.
